    Fun and friendly farm stay

Liked: The owner is very kind and friendly, and even upgraded us to a bigger apartment-style room when we arrived. The location is beautiful and the mini farm is wonderful - pigs, donkeys, miniature horses, geese, goats etc. Our son loved it! We had a good meal at the restaurant, hot shower, comfy bed, decent WiFi.

Disliked: Small things would make the experience feel more luxurious, for example the towels were very thin, rough and grey. Some nice fluffy towels would be a cheap upgrade for the hotel but a huge improvement for guests. Also, the shower cubicle was very small and lacked any shelf to put toiletries on, so they had to go on the floor but the space was too small to bend down! Adding a shelf in the shower would be so easy to do, and would help a lot.

    Beautiful and Unique

Liked: Beautiful guesthouse with farmstay elements. We're a family of 6 and stayed in the large apartment with the loft. The kids loved it. We ate dinner in the restaurant which provided nice traditional food. The kids had a ride on the miniature horses there and fed the farm animals in the morning with the staff. We only stayed one night, wished it could have been more. Excellent playground for the kids. Location is stunning. There are some reviews saying it is old and run down, but that is not entirely accurate. It is an older guesthouse so don't go there expecting brand new buildings. Some of the decor is a bit older but everything works. The place has character, is family owned and run and we were comfortable. Perfect for traveling as a family.

Disliked: The double bed for the adults was very soft, too soft for our comfort. However the other single beds and couch sofa beds were great. Those items are personal preference though.

A little gem that we would love to visit again!

Liked: The location was amazing with hiking trails right outside of the front gate. There are adorable farm animals right downstairs and the restaurant has incredible food. I think our favourite part about this stay was actually the people who were so so sweet and the family history behind the establishment made it extra special. It was really great value for money and we would absolutely love to stay here again in the future.
