  Liked: Facilities were good.. location good.. big room..

  Disliked: There was no hot water in the bathroom for bathing. There were no staff members available to seek help or tell problems

  Nice place to stay

  Liked: The apartment was clean and equipped. The location is good and quite although a bit far from city center.

  Disliked: The view was not as I expected and the body shampoo was not enough. The pillows was very uncomfortable.

  It was fine but not for summer stays

  Liked: It was spacious and clean

  Disliked: I knew there was no AC but we had the ground floor apartment and we were 4 people in one area opening windows and curtains fully to allow air in was impossible because we were on the ground floor any animal could have easily climbed in and anyone passing by could have easily looked inside! When we called to ask for a simple fan we were told they don’t exist and not to worry and open the windows cause it’s a safe area - as if they could guarantee no cat would just jump in! Or no person would look through!

  Good base for stay in Innsbruck

  Liked: It was really easy to get into town and back as the bus was right outside. Bed was comfy and the room was spacious, also appreciated having a separate kitchen space and wine glasses. It was great to be able to login to Netflix of an evening and watch a film on the sofa.

  Disliked: The room was warm and it was quite difficult sometimes to be as cool as we would have liked, especially with it being so warm (30-34°c) outside. Bigger towels for the bathroom would also have been appreciated. More coffee pods, and some tea bags would have been great.
