A lovely and comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time here!

Liked: Everything was comfortable, and we really liked the place. The atmosphere was lovely, and we had a pleasant stay.

Disliked: Nothing major to complain about. We had a comfortable stay overall. We stayed for 8 days, but the floor was not cleaned during our stay.

Great place to explore Innsbruck area (city and surroundings)

Liked: Great location outside Innsbruck yet easily accessible by public transport. There are also shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The room was well designed to serve all its purposes. Kitchen well equipped. All clean and functional. Check in/out very convenient by door code received in advance online.

Disliked: The shower was done in a way that the bathroom floor got flooded after every use. Not a big deal but a spare rag there would be handy. Description to use the door code for getting in and locking the room was far from matching the reality (forgotten key and wrong direction of rotation). We had to find it out by ourself. Perhaps this was a problem of translation as we got it in English.
