  Liked: Excellent place to stay in Innsbruck. We were able to walk to the old town easily, and there were many restaurants close by. The room was clean and comfortable, and there were clear, easy to follow instructions for getting in. I would highly recommend staying here!

  Everything was great!

  Liked: Everything went well with the check-in and they stay, the place was nice and clean, nice design as well. There were no problems with the self check-in, it was easy and all the instructions were sent to us ahead, even though we booked around an hour before arriving!

  Very clean and efficient accommodations

  Liked: Super clean and super efficient layout in room. Not much available close for dining. One restaurant was open but not serving meals.

  Disliked: It is nice to have some human contact if you have simple questions for first time visitors.

  Good but with issues

  Liked: The location was great. The room was small but functional & clean.

  Disliked: Check in was terrible. Booking did not give us the room number or code. It said to check in with the cafe n Tx door. The cafe owner has nothing to do with Urban Inn. They had a phone number posted but did not answer. A 2nd number was for a maintenance man. He was reluctant to help at 1st but did us the information. Our room was on the 2nd floor & the stairs were not easy.
