  We had a great time – the apartment was perfect for us – thank you!

  Liked: The apartment was superb, very luxurious, in a beautiful location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were of a very high standard. It was very quiet at night and felt very safe and secure.

  Was a very nice place to stay. If it wasnt for the hot water issue we would have rated it a 10

  Liked: Breakfasts were great as were the people working there. The area was very quiet. The canal its on was very peaceful. The area felt very safe.

  Disliked: The last day there was cold and rainy. Was looking forward to a warm shower but hot water did not work upon arriving back at the b and b. Thought maybe someone else in the building had used it all but tried it once again in the morning but same issue. So no shower. Left a note upon leaving.

  Perfect romantic stay

  Liked: Cannot recommend this place highly enough! We stayed in a lovely cottage beside the canal. Was exceptionally romantic and picturesque. The bathroom had a huge bath and we enjoyed using the fireplace. The staff were always so helpful and polite and looked after everything we needed. The personal touches of chocolates and beer on arrival were so sweet too. The breakfast was absolutely superb. Very well located too. I will definitely be recommending to my friends!

  Disliked: It’s an old building so you can hear muffled sounds of guests next door. But this was only a minor issue and didn’t impact on our 10 stars.

  Wonderful comfortable historic location. Perfect to explore the city

  Liked: Beautiful old building with spacious rooms overlooking the canal. Perfect spot to start exploring the city. The staff is very helpful and can even provide a parking spot (limited availability). Loved it!

  Absolutely charming stay, perfect location, amazing house manager!

  Liked: B&B Canal Deluxe was absolutely charming. When we arrived we walked through a lovely garden to our room. There was a main floor with a small refrigerator and coffee and tea service. There was also a wood fireplace and sofa. Upstairs was the bedroom and bath and a large window with a view of the canal. The decor was perfect for the space. Peri, the house manager, was wonderful! Her breakfast buffets were beyond anything I've ever seen in a B&B. It was difficult to not overeat with all the options! Rooms were cleaned daily and she always left a little treat behind:-) The location was perfect for exploring Bruges. It was on a quieter street but very close to all the shops and restaurants. This was our first time in Bruges and we were completely captivated.

  Disliked: The sofa in front of the fireplace was not comfortable. The fireplace and downstairs room were amazing and a sturdier sofa would have made the space perfect. Some type of dresser or clothing storage upstairs would also have been helpful for people staying longer than a day or two.
