  Would happily stay again

  Liked: Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, friendly staff

  The staff made the hotel a fun place to be with much banter with them & ALL STAFF DESERVE A BIG THX

  Disliked: cldnt turn of heating on controls, had to get staff to turn it off only issued with 1 access card Bathroom door handle loose....fixed that evening xx No evening meals Pool had no handles to help you in & out. Big unmarked step into pool room uneven height of pool steps

  Wonderful stay in a warm and welcoming hotel. Will be back!

  Liked: The location was excellent....a short walk to centre of Bruges. The room was clean, cozy and very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The breakfast was fantastic and helped set us up for the day.

  Disliked: We found the bedroom quite warm but this was easily fixed by turning off the heating.

  A great hotel in Bruges with wonderful staff

  Liked: The staff were so lovely and attentive. There were lots of nice little touches like a welcome drink and chocolates in the room. The breakfast was great. Location was also very good, just a short walk into the centre of Bruges and super close to the Saturday Market. Great value for money and would recommend.

  Disliked: Our room was by the stairwell which meant our bathroom was very small and there were also lots of noises in the night.
