Hotel is in a great location in a beautiful city

Liked: Location is excellent, hotel is clean and seems well managed. Plentiful breakfast

Disliked: No separate tea making facilities in room, the coffee maker was dirty. Air conditioning needed explanation, not a QR code that we knew nothing about.

Not great for the price / not convenient and stressful if you choose to use their private parking

Liked: The location in town is perfect. The room was average but not at the level of a 4 star with a 9 rating on booking

Disliked: Getting to the parking took us one hour while in the centre, because you can't use your GPS and the directions given by the hotel are street by street and it is not easy when you are not from the town. The parking is very small and you need to be very careful or even not go in this parking if you have an SUV or long car. Despite being very careful, we did scrash the front of our car, nothing big... but a lot of stress to get in and to get out. Just park outside in a public parking, this will save you time and money to repair your bumper.... In term of comfort, it was a small room, dark... We had two single beds and the mattresses were not comfortable at all and too small for me (1.88m) / 100KG.

Perfect stay for a family break

Liked: Central yet quiet location, walking distance from the train station and about 10mins to central Bruges. Good choice of restaurants nearby. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of food.
