  Caring, kind hosts and a quiet, clean place to stay

  Liked: When you stay here, you are treated with warmth and caring by your hosts, Dick and Tina. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and are comfortable. I felt so loved. They can recommend places for you to see while in Bruges/Brugge. I followed their suggestions and got even more out of my stay than I had expected. I stayed in the large suite downstairs and was stunned at how much space I had. It was a delight. I chose this space, because I wanted to be able to use the kitchen. I loved having the refrigerator. The breakfast provided with the room was fantastic. Tina was able to provide me with gluten-free, dairy-free options to accommodate my dietary needs. The breakfast was so hearty, that I could explore the city for hours before getting hungry again. The location is close to everything you might want to see in town. There is even a bus stop very close with buses running regularly that can take you to and from the train station. I loved that you are close to everything but on a quiet side street. However much you might love your fellow tourists, it is nice to have a bit of quiet after having the crowds around you all day. What really sets this place apart are the kind and attentive hosts. Dick and Tina make this place so very special!

  Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. If I can ever return to this magical medieval gem of a city, I hope I will be able to stay here again.

  A very warm welcome in a great location

  Liked: Nice comfortable room on the ground floor. Some nice little touches including a welcome drink. The proprietors were super friendly. Breakfast was delightful. Great location, within a 5 minutes walk of the beautiful historic centre. Private and safe parking at a small additional cost was available nearby.

  Disliked: If you have any disabilities or trouble walking up stairs, speak to the owners first. We didn't have any problems because our room was on the ground floor.

  A truly wonderful stay with incredibly kind hosts, a cozy atmosphere, and a perfect location in Brug

  Liked: A wonderful place to stay in Bruges! The location is perfect — all the main sights and interesting places are within walking distance, while the accommodation itself is very cozy and peaceful. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, kind, and always willing to help. When they found out that I had difficulty climbing the steep stairs to the first floor, they kindly offered me another room on the ground floor. They even brought breakfast to our room in the morning, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I am truly grateful for their care and kindness! We were also able to leave our car in the parking area before our check-in time, which was very convenient. Thanks to these wonderful hosts, our stay in Bruges was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We would be very happy to stay here again!
