  Fantastic place to stay with a friendly owner

  Liked: Joeri was very welcoming, friendly and great to chat to. On arrival, there were sweets and bottled water in the room which was nice after 12 hours of travelling. He made a fantastic breakfast each morning with lots of choices of fresh fruits, breads and hot food also. The accommodation was very clean and located in a quiet neighbourhood about 20 minutes walk from the centre. If I visit Bruges in the future, I would definitely stay here again.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, other guests travelled here while clearly unwell. Their incessant coughing could be heard throughout the house and affected our sleep at times. We had to try to avoid them by going to the breakfast room at different times so we would not catch their illness as my mother was with me and is at risk due to previous health problems. This impacted our ability to follow our plans as sometimes we had to leave later than planned for the day. They were asked by the owner to put masks on but they did not. This is not the fault of the B&B at all but more a disappointing reflection of society. Joeri did his best to help us with this situation and we were very grateful to him.

  A fantastic stay, unbeatable!

  Liked: We had a fantastic stay; the accomodation exceeded our expectations and made our visit to Bruges so special. The welcome was warm and genuine, the room was comfortable, beautifully decorated and pristine. Location is in a great area and I can genuinely say it was the best breakfast I have been served anywhere! Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts

  Host went out of his way to make a beautiful breakfast and wonderful accommodations

  Liked: Fabulous breakfast. Wonderful hospitality. He made a special effort to accommodate our gluten sensitivity. Lively conversation at breakfast with guests and host while curated music played in the background. Very comfortable beds. Host speaks very good English. Not far from the train station. Would gladly stay here again.
