  Liked: Location, host, room(s), breakfast, price. Plus the free upgrade to the best room they had available

  Disliked: The showers are open. It was ok as I was with my wife, but for two single people sharing a room who don't won't to see one another naked this might not be the place for you

  Liked: Charles was amazing. he was very knowledgeable and helped saving money on taxi as the bus to the train station is literally at the entrance to the hotel. He also helped with information needed do to the train strike delaying my arrival by a day, so I can submit to insurance. again Charles is the best. great luggage storage as well so you can maximize your time

Canalview Hotel Ter Reien is a self check-in hotel, where no 24-hour front desk is available.

There will be staff present at the reception between 14:00 and 20:00.

All information about check-in and staff presence will be provided before stay.

Not inclusive roomprice, supplements:- Hairdryer: these are available at reception (from 08.30am-14pm for a supplement of €5.00.

- Extra pillow: € 2.50 per unit

- Tea kettle: € 5.00 per stay

- Service fee € 5.00 per person per stay

- Extra towel package € 10 per person per stay and includes 2 large towels,2 small towels,1 bath mat

Please note that no intermediate housekeeping service is provided during your stay. Towels are not replaced automatically but can be asked free at the reception desk or housekeeping.

Heating policy in winter: The heating is automatically provided at a max. of 20 degrees in the rooms from 4.00pm - 10.30am.

Renovation/construction/maintenance work for the exterior/interior of public spaces and rooms will be carried out from 01/01/26 to 31/12/26Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
