  Highly recommend

  Liked: Everything was perfect. Couldn't fault it. Place was beautifully presented. Well located. Sheets lovely and soft, bed comfy, large bath, mood lighting. And the breakfast... Attention to detail. Freshly squeezed orange juice, eggs to order. Gorgeous croissants and fresh bread and rolls, yoghurt, various cereals and freshly prepared fruit. Would stay again and highly recommend. Nice and chilled ambience.Bottled water provided daily.

  Liked: The location is excellent a short walk from the main square. The proprietor was very helpful showing where parking was available. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this establishment for anyone visiting Bruges.

  Disliked: When I booked this accommodation in July I requested a parking space which was agreed at a price, however when we arrived I was informed that parking was not available due to flooding which had occurred in September. It would have been nice to have been informed about this to save the disappointing start to our visit. The issue was resolved satisfactorily but I just feel a bit of communication beforehand would have helped.

  Great location to visit the beautiful city

  Liked: The location was key, 5 minute walk to the main square. This was our second visit to the hotel and was an easy decision to book it. Victoria is very helpful and very friendly.

  Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect.

  Liked: The location was good so it was safe and nice even late at night.

  Disliked: My room was in a separate building near the pool, not the main building, so I could hear noise from the room next door, and the shower was inside the bathtub, so when I got in and out, I slipped and hit the bathtub, bruising my leg and making it uncomfortable.
