  Liked: The staff is so nice, the housekeeper gave us some water when we needed it. Location is very good and It’s a 5-minute walk to the supermarket.

  Disliked: There is no slope so I have to carry my stroller every time. Also when I opened the windows, many mosquitoes came in our room.

  Wonderful stay in Bruges!

  Liked: Wonderful stay in Bruges! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city, yet the hotel feels peaceful and cozy. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel itself has so much charm and character. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
