Great location but staff could do much better

Liked: I liked the breakfast, the location, the view, the mattress and pillows and the air-conditioning system, the shower gel.

Disliked: I asked, for 4 days in a row, new hand soap, because the one installed didn't work. I was told they would let maintenance know. They never did. Also, the housekeeping staff picked up the used bath mat from the bathroom floor, folded it, and placed it on the towel rack together with the other towels.

  It was good

Liked: The shower, the breakfast, the location.

Disliked: We asked for a double bed and we were told it was not possible because the hotel was full. However, when we arrived, the hotel did not have many guests apparently. It was not really comfortable for a couple to sleep in single beds.

The perfect location for a short stay in Bruges

Liked: The location was perfect, near the railway station and the city centre, so everything was within walking distance. The rooms were simple but large, clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly.
