  Nice hotel, great location

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location central but not noisy. Room was clean. Kettle with tea/coffee. Tv and safe. Nice bar area

Disliked: Mattresses on the soft side. Breakfast average variety and rather expensive.

  Liked: Breakfast was delicious.

Disliked: our room was located a few steps down, its a little difficult to bring up and down suitcases especially us who are over 70 yo/ I am partly responsible of not asking for a street level room, but the receptionist can see us and can make a better choice of a room for us.

A delightful stay in a wonderful city

Liked: The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting Brugge and the hotel itself is very well appointed. Our room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and a delight to use. We had a very enjoyable pre-dinner drink in the bar which is attached to the hotel. Breakfast was excellent - very varied, well prepared and delicious. We’ll certainly return!

  Pretty good

Liked: The staff were very friendly and accommodating both at reception and in the bar. The room was spacious and the location was ideal.

Disliked: Despite the rooms trying to feel modern, the overall interior of the hotel feels outdated and is in need of some repair. The room was in need of some improvement, slightly dusty and creaky.
