  Disappointing stay - Will not ever repeat it. Think twice before you book this hotel

  Disliked: Receptionist doesn't know how to deal with customer. Especially the portuguese lady. Making everything complicated. I've been told everyday you skip room service we will offer a drink. my stay was for two days so when i tried to claim my drink. They asked me to go down to reception to claim it. Went down and they stupidly said ohh - you should have filled this paper during check in. Such a stupid and bad attitude - well i asked to get my room get serviced and every thing was replaced that actually cost 5x what a drink would cost during sleeping. i was surprised someone knocking on the door loudly. opening the door from 1st time and saying room service and found it to be a lady checking the rooms what was serviced! She done that to all the rooms! Why don't you have a paper that ticks what had finished? In general it was a very disappointing stay. Will not every repeat it and advise everyone to think twice before dealing with unprofessional ppl at this hotel. Stay Away!

  Beautiful hotel in a great location, though slightly overpriced for the overall experience

  Liked: The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Bruges' historic city centre, making it very convenient for exploring the city's main attractions. The building itself is beautiful and has plenty of character, and the room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a family of four.

  Disliked: I found the hotel expensive for a one-night stay and did not feel it offered good value for money, as I expected a more authentic and charming experience based on the presentation. The parking was also quite expensive, and the parking spaces were very tight and not particularly convenient to use.

  Fantastic, would visit again

  Liked: We booked two rooms. One of them was absolutely superb! The location of the hotel was fantastic, and the pre-arrival information (e.g. about parking) was extremely helpful

  Disliked: The back of the hotel was a bit dated, but this wasn't an issue, it only meant that we had one luxury room and one quite dated room
