Fabulous
My favourite hotel in Bruges
Liked: Second time I have stayed here. Lovely hotel, perfect location. Excellent value for money, rooms are great and the staff are very kind and helpful.
Liked: Everything. My husband especially liked the waiter at breakfast who was very helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: The front desk attendants need to be more friendly and smile more. A little smile goes a long way.
A lovely hotel with friendly staff and right in the middle of Bruges
Liked: Excellent hotel, the staff were friendly and efficient. We had a problem with the door entry system and they fixed it very quickly. The breakfast is excellent and our room on the top floor was lovely. The location could not be better as it is literally a minute walk to the main square. The chocolate shop / coffee shop, Oliver's is round the corner and this is a lovely place for a drink and of course the chocs!
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Gorgeous property, great location and friendly staff
Disliked: The floorboards in our room were noisy and made a squeaking noise whenever we walked
Fabulous stylish hotel in ideal central location
Liked: Fabulous location. Very stylish throughout. Secure onsite parking. Helpful Reception staff. Spacious and nicely laid out room with fabulous large bathroom.
Disliked: Shame that the EV charger is difficult to access due to its location in the car park and impossible to operate without a specific charging card. We chose this hotel for having an EV charger and we then couldn’t use it:(
Great location, nice rooms, hallways poorly decorated
Liked: The location is exceptionally good! Parking is also great though you do have to pay, but it’s so convenient. Finding the place was difficult using day nav. Best look it up and plan the route before you arrive.
Disliked: The hallways and stairs really let the place down. The walls were chipped and dirty, lumps of plaster all over the floor. The stairs were dark and dingy. I don’t understand why you would have nice rooms but the hallways were disgusting.
