  Liked: Location is good.

  Disliked: When leaving hotel had to be out of room by 8.30am which we found was too early. Other hotels we have stayed in are usually 11am.

  A fabulous stay… overlooking the canal.. slept with open window and listened to all the chiming bells… magical

  Best view in the city

  Liked: Very beautiful view on the canal!

  Disliked: The towels were really old and rubbish. We had just one bottle of water and one tea bag for two-:)

  A lovely hotel, great location and good value for money

  Liked: The location in the centre of the old town was absolutely perfect. Easy access to everything meant it was the ideal spot for exploring from. The rooms were spacious, beds comfy, facilities in the room were good. There was a nice continental breakfast included although this was busy one morning and difficult to access the actual breakfast. Views over the canals lovely. A really nice bar open in the evenings with great service and ambience.

  Disliked: It was very difficult to reach by car (which is not clear at booking or in confirmation) and there is not actually any parking on site despite this being in the particulars. We parked a short walk away in an underground car park which was not a problem but would have been nice to know about beforehand as the drive through town was stressful. There is also a permit required to drive through Bruges but this can be sorted at hotel. The lift got stuck with us in a few times so not entirely reliable!

  We we were made to feel welcome wherever we went. A beautiful town

  Liked: The location was excellent. The hotel was on Wollestraat in the old town and we could easily walk to see the historic buildings and attractions including churches, canals, shops and restaurants, or catch the shuttle bus to the station to travel further afield.
