Liked: Situated in the centre of Bruges Old town, not far from train station. Historic, old building with special vibes. Many cafes and bars very close. Clean.

Disliked: The bed was too soft for my liking

Good location. Uncomfortable beds with bed bugs

Liked: Good location. Bed bugs and no screens on windows so some mosquitos. Would not recommend or return.

Disliked: Beds were covered with plastic mattress cover so too hot.

  Friendly, enjoyable and relaxing

Liked: The location was ideal, within minutes from the all the attractions and the Beer Festival venue which was our reason for visiting. The hotel staff were wonderful, helpful and very friendly. I foolishly forgot my walking stick and the proprietor happily leant me one of her fathers. The bed was very comfortable and the room very spacious.

Disliked: I struggle to think of anything. Maybe more light on the stairs but that seems rather petty.
