  Amazing hotel

  Liked: We returned yesterday from a lovely 3 night stay in this hotel. It is beautifully decorated with mazing attention to detail for a relaxing stay. Our room was clean and the hotel is nicely positioned just a 15 minute walk out of the busy square. The owner Fleur was so friendly and helpful with an abundance of local knowledge and advice on what to do during our time in Bruges, without being overpowering. She really made every guest feel special. The parking area is safe and secure across the road from the hotel. We would definitely visit again.

  Delightful, we'd definitely recommend, bring some slippers and be prepared for the stairs

  Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offer was wide, varied and fresh. The accommodation was very well located a short walk from the main square, bars and restaurants

  Disliked: This is a no shoes hotel and if we had known that we would have packed some slippers. There was a basket of sliders or flipflops for people to use but who wants to wear shoes that other people have been wearing. I think disposable slippers should be provided if your rule is no shoes. The decor is a little tired and the seals in the shower need replacing. Our shower tray had a crack in it. there are a lot of stairs. I know there's nothing that can be done about this but I dont remember reading it in the hotel information. If I had I would have requested a lower floor hotel. My dodgy knees and recent double hip replacement didn't like the 6 flights

  A pleasant and comfortable stay

  Liked: The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was a cold buffet of a very good standard. The room was clean and comfortable.

  Disliked: No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Unusual requirement to take shoes off before going upstairs.

From February 2017, the city of Bruges will implement stricter parking laws for nonresidents. The accommodations suggests guests that arrive by car to drop their luggage in the hotel and to park somewhere else.
