Despite the efforts of the very good staff, our stay was a little disappointing

Liked: Location was good and the staff were very nice. The breakfast was quite good and better than we expected.

Disliked: Our room was under the eves overlooking the cathedral. It was very cramped and difficult to carry our baggage up all those stairs. There was no fan in the bathroom so the whole room felt like a sauna after we showered. The "bike storage" was a locked alleyway alongside the hotel and full of pigeons. We had to clean our bikes the next day before we could use them.
