    Never again

    Liked: Location Close to downtown

Disliked: Not recommandable for families. The hotel manager reserved us room 103. It is thin-walled.The floor of the room above us was creaking and cracking with every Single Stepps the guests above us. It was impossible to sleep. The Management knew from the circumstances and told us to stay in the room as the guests above will leave or to change into floor 3 under the cealing as there will be no one above us. They did Not apologize. That was unpolite. I told them to be fair and refund the night, because of the terrible Night and the statement. They didn‘t show the will to compensate anything. The opposite- they told me if there are drucken guests there are loud as well and it is Not under their Control. To keep my courage Inleft one day earlier regardless of prepaid money.

Liked: Extremely reasonable price & a great location just off the centre of Bruges.

Disliked: As it’s an older building, I found that noise from outside the window, the hallways and even the floor above traveled very easily. I also found the room was extremely warm at night even though it was late October when I stayed.

Liked: location was great near centrum and sightseeing, cleanness was great and staff were friendly

Disliked: The sink was very small, and the glass panel above it practically blocked access to both the tap and the basin, making it very difficult to use. As a result, the floor would get wet and dirty.

Liked: We had a lovely stay at Hotel Jacobs in Bruges. The hotel was cosy, clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for exploring the beautiful city centre on foot. It’s in a quieter area, which we really appreciated after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also a good choice for us travelling with our young daughter. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Hotel Jacobs to anyone visiting Bruges.

For our first visit to Bruges, we were so pleased with the accommodations. We would stay again!

Liked: Comfortable room, friendly staff, great location, delicious breakfast

Disliked: Noise in the hallway, one time late at night (2am). Someone yelling that woke both my husband and myself up
