Great value hotel in a convenient location

Liked: Perfect location between the train station and the center of Bruges. The rooms are simple but spacious, clean, and comfortable. Don’t expect fancy decorations, instead you get a great price, a wonderful city, and a comfortable bed for the night.

Perfect location with some noise and odors

  Liked: Location, Bedding and bathroom

Disliked: You can hear every small step and voice outside the room as the doors are very thin also the room and corridors had a small hint of chlorine or asparagus which got annoying

  Not recommended

Liked: Great location beside a large underground car park and a short walk to the start of the main shopping street.

Disliked: Very run down outside. We were put in the annexe down a side street. Our ground floor room had a drunk person (who turned out to be another guest) banging on the front door and then the room window (which is at street level) in the early hours on both nights. We tried to phone the reception but it finishes at 10pm (according to the recorded message, though the receptionist who called me to check when we would arrive said they would close at 6pm). There was a terrible smell of drains in the bathroom and no hot water on one morning. Tried to report the lack of hot water but the woman on the desk appeared to speak no English.
