The worst hotel experience in my life

Liked: Location is the only good thing about this hotel. Breakfast is acceptable for such a hotel.

Disliked: * Check-in time is until 21.30. We arrived at 23.00. There was no one in the lobby, but they sent someone to check us in after I called them. * The room smelled like cigarette smoke from the first minute we entered, and the smell was there until the check-out time even though we opened the window. Probably coming from the ventilation. * The bed, towels, pillows, ground had hairs, felt like they were not bothered to clean the room before check-in. The towels had black and yellow dirt and holes in them. * After breakfast, we asked for new towels, but the new towels they gave were dirty and had hair as well. In the end, we gave up and left without taking a shower. * They didn't even replace the toilet paper, and it was about to run out. * The room's sound isolation is terrible.

  Very basic

  Liked: Good location

Disliked: No facilities in room, only a TV No kettle or coffee machine. Bed pillows were tiny. Staff kept us waiting a long time to check in despite ringing for them. Tap in the toilet was broken.
