  Really bad

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: Unfriendly staff. Hot room. Really bad check in. Nothing happened when we let them know that airconditioning wasn’t working. The bathroom had no doors. The system for lightening is so complicated that it needs a manual. The toilet is impossible to sit on for a person over 1.80 m height. I really really do not recommend this hotel for anyone.

  One of the best hotels we have stayed in. We'll welcome a time when we return

  Liked: Superbly curated, immaculate, independent, considerate, welcoming and a stand out experience. Staff were all brilliant. The wellness experience, meals and well appointed rooms were all excellent. We travel with our dog and she was welcome. Not a single disappointment.
