Would stay again
Liked: Fantastic central location for the town, off street parking for the annex & main hotel, the annex is spacious if a little quirky (the main door opens straight into the bathroom!), but a great facility. The social area of the annex is amazing for groups that are travelling.
Disliked: The pillows on the bed were more decorative than they were comfortable unfortunately. Clearly part of the bedding set, but cause awful neck pain to sleep on.
Liked: Very spacious room, was informed we were upgraded upon check-in. Excellent, central location. Great breakfast and friendly staff.
Liked: Location is good, very central in Spa. The outside of and garden of the building are beautiful. Breakfast was good, I can imagine having breakfast outside in summer is great on the terrace.
Disliked: Reception was closed when we arrived, check in started from 15:00 according to booking, but reception opened back at 15:30. The staff member we asked about this was kind of rude. Our room was on the street side, which was very noisy. It was quite warm so the windows needed to be open. The bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. One of the beds in the twin room was not straight, kind of leaned to one side. All in all, I would not recommend staying here. For the price we paid we could have booked something better (and have a more hospitable welcome).

Liked: The location is great, right in the downtown area of Spa. Easy to walk to shops, Thermes, and many restaurants and bars. The breakfast was outstanding, with many different self-serve options to try and made-to-order eggs!
Disliked: We were there during a very hot week in August, and it was a bit warm in the room, but we were able to get a fan and that really helped.
Liked: Great location, nice rooms, great staff and a nice place to park our car.

Disliked: room was not modern, the elevator was terrible. everything was so old, our room door was not aligned. you can easily hear whoever pass the corridor, next room and etc. they dont put big towel in our room for shower. just 2 small towels
