Very good
Perfect location in the heart of town
Liked: The best breakfast in Spa, perhaps in all of Belgium. Fine dining in the evening as well. Rooms were comfy and staff were friendly.
Disliked: Parking options were expensive.
Average, due to things that could easily be put right
Liked: Sauna was good. Parking was ok, but expensive. Always enjoy staying her, but this time I felt it was only very average.
Disliked: Very little warm water. Shower was cold each morning, shower was Luke warm at night. Air con in the room didn’t work. It was either very hot, or open the window, and the noise outside would keep you awake.
all good except for the waiters in the bar area they need to be more asertive

Liked: Best breakfast in Spa, upgrades to the interior and excellent dinner menu.
Disliked: maid service was inconsistent: one of three days they didn't service my room and then told management that I instructed them not to make up the room.
Ok, for a short stay
Liked: Good location. Clean.
Disliked: The breakfast was looking great, but poor quality of the products. Also fair variety of gluten free items, but there exist better products on the market!
