  Wonderful apartment once inside

  Liked: The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully arranged, with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and a practical small kitchen. The self-check-in worked perfectly, and the cleaning lady was very kind and helpful. When I mentioned that I didn’t have cash for the city tax and asked about a bank transfer, they kindly waived the charge, which I appreciated. Overall, the stay was comfortable and pleasant in every way. I would stay here again.

  Disliked: The property was a bit difficult to find, and the hallway area looked unsafe and unfinished due to renovation work, which gave a poor first impression.

  Liked: The location is close to the subway and a few minutes from the main square with lots of food and shopping. The apartment is newly remodeled and comfy.

  Disliked: Needs a towel hook on back of door 🚪 or somewhere near. I will mention the building is under remodel, I really liked the old brick work being done and only heard the construction one morning of my stay

  Comfortable and clean Apartment with great location

  Liked: Clear instructions and communications on how to self-check in. Apartment was very spacious and clean with good amenities (sink, kettle etc.). Super central location mins walk from the city centre.

  Disliked: It does look a bit sketchy when you're walking up to the apartment as the interior of the building looks very old (exposed pipes, exposed brick etc.) Tourist fee had to be paid in cash.

  Why no one mentioned the state the lobby is in?

  Liked: The location is super convenient, close to train station and old town. Apartment is well planned, small but comfortable enough for one person. The kitchen is well stocked to cook a simple meal.

  Disliked: This is a hard one. While the apartment is renovated and comfortable the entry lobby is shocking. It’s a construction site, with scaffolding holding up the ceiling, wires hanging off walls, building debris on the ground etc. It is very very dusty too. Upon seeing the lobby before getting into the apartment I contemplated leaving but after learning about the 2020 Zagreb earthquake I ‘forgive’ the situation it was in. But really that is a good 5 years ago, surely this work should be completed before letting the apartment out.
