  Convenient, Quiet and Spacious Accommodations in the Heart of the City

  Liked: Perfect location. Beautifully appointed and spacious accommodation. Good breakfast served at the adjacent restaurant.

  Disliked: There is no reception so guests are on their own to check in and get situated. The staff is very responsive virtually and one receives clear instructions regarding entry. But arriving at night when it’s dark could be daunting until one finds the light switch to light the hallway and the flight of stairs leading to the B&B entrance.

  Liked: Central location...Walkable to everything...The room was lovely big size,the bathroom was big, the shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was good lovely home made brown bread, freshly cooked eggs which ever way you would like them cooked.The morning staff at breakfast we're really lovely...Thanks for your service..

  Disliked: Sunday morning staff member came and knocked on our door to get us up for breakfast it was only 9 clock breakfast served till 10...He didn't clean the room which is fine but he didn't asked if we needed fresh towels... Bit disappointing considering the other staff where really lovely..

  Liked: The location is good and they provide breakfast ( there is a restaurant downstairs who provides breakfast). The personnel is nice.

  Disliked: The bed and matress is a little bit soft for me, the room decoration is quite ‘’ ancient ‘’ and vintage style with chandeleur, but it doesn’t impact much of my stay.

  Liked: Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel apartments. The room was clean, breakfast was enjoyable, and the hotel's restaurant is very authentic with a super cool interior. ​However, the parking situation was disappointing. On Booking.com, the fee was listed as €15 per day, but in reality, €15 is only valid until midnight, after which a new day starts and you are charged another €15. This means staying overnight with a car actually costs €30 per day. Information like this needs to be clearly communicated before check-in or stated more transparently on the booking page. Please keep this in mind if you're driving!

  Good place for a short stay in Zagreb

  Liked: good location for exploring Zagreb on foot large room and bathroom large and comfy bed, good mattress limited gluten and dairy free options for breakfast friendly staff

  Disliked: towel hooks near the shower would be nice walls are quite thin (we had a family with kids next to us and could hear them a lot) there was supposed to be a coffee machine in the room but there wasn't

  Liked: The location was excellent. Walking distance to everything which was lovely. The breakfast was fantastic and they even made us some sandwiches, fruit and yoghurt to takeaway when we had an early checkout. There are lots of places nearby to get a bite to eat, which was nice.

  Disliked: Although it advertised parking it was not very close to the B&B, it was about 1 block over, which made logistics of travelling with 4 kids a challenge. It was also 15Euro a day, even for 2 partial days. The place needed some updates. Few things were broken, for example toilet seat kept coming off, towel rail falling off and kettle lid wouldn't shut so it didn't turn itself off.
