  Liked: Most of the staff members were friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: We spent 5 nights and on 2 occasions our room was not done and on one occasion, the towels were not changed. In fact they were simply left on the floor all day. Whilst they cleaned the lower level of the shower, higher up on the shower wall, black mould was growing. The lift was dirty. The hotel seems quite basic and does not come across as a four star hotel.

  Liked: breakfast only.

  Disliked: It was far from the centre, it was near the train and it was very noisy. May be it is good for a business person but for a tourist it is not. they need to say more in the web site that the centre is very far and a tourist needs a taxi.
