  Nice, modern and clean

Liked: Clean, well-maintained, kitchen facilities, comfortable beds in the bedrooms, enormous terrace.

Disliked: There is no elevator. The sofa in the living room was not the most comfortable one.

Liked: - nice and spacious apartment with an even nicer bathroom - supermarkets nearby (Lidl, Kaufland) - a terrace is also available

Disliked: The parking spaces are extremely difficult to use. You need to be a very confident and skilled driver to park there. The property should repaint and redesign the parking spaces. In reality, there should probably be fewer spaces — 5 easily usable spots instead of 6 that are almost impossible to use properly. Some cars also occupy two spaces; for example, spaces 5 and 6 were occupied by a single car with Croatian plates. It is also practically impossible to use all the spaces properly because there is barely enough room to get out of the car, each parking spot being almost equal to the car size.
