Spacious and clean apartment in an excellent location in Zagreb

Liked: Excellent location, nice spacious living area and comfortable beds. Very clean apartment and a helpful host

Disliked: Nothing really, but if I have to be pedantic I would say having sone tea or coffee in the cupboards would have been nice and some shower gel in the bathroom as well.

Liked: Location was very good and our special wish about the sofa bed was taken into the consideration.

Disliked: You couldn't exit the apartment without a key, which is a big fire hazard. I think that the shower floor tiles were really slippery and might be dangerous. We felt it was rude that the owner entered the room 10 minutes too early. That didn't feel nice.

Liked: The house was spacious, clean, and in a very central location, which made our stay comfortable.

Disliked: Communication regarding check-in instructions was disappointing. The instructions were never sent through Booking.com, despite me messaging the owner through the platform. I had to contact the owner via WhatsApp, and the check-in instructions were finally sent only 30 minutes before check-in. This caused unnecessary stress and could have been handled much better.

Nice apartment on the main square of Zagreb, very good location

Liked: Very good location, on the main square in the city centre in a pedestrian area. Spacious apartment, fully equipped. Elevator on site, which was good, since the apartment is on the fourth floor. Communication with host is simple and quick through WhatsApp. Pan bakery is downstairs if you’d like breakfast to go or to have it in the apartment. All sightseeings on walking distance and a lot of bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Disliked: The sheets have bleach stains, so need to be replaced; the remote control of the AC in the bedroom was not in place; the remote control of the tv doesn’t work properly; the water pressure in the shower is poor. But overall the locations makes up for the minor negative points. A lot of bigbags with clean wash in the hallway, suggest to place them in closets or in the apartments.
