  Liked: The location is nice.

Disliked: The owner does not communicate whatsoever. The phone number is dead. This place would also need a proper deep-clean. I would NOT book again and suggest everyone to stay away from booking it.

Liked: The apartment is in an excellent location, making it very convenient for getting around. The host is extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating, and responds immediately to messages and any questions. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen had all the basic essentials needed for cooking. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

Disliked: The main downside of the apartment is the poor sound insulation. You can hear the trams passing by very clearly, as well as quite a lot of street noise. Noise from the building can also be heard easily, including from the neighbours upstairs and next door, which can be quite tiring, especially at night. It can also be quite exhausting to climb two floors of stairs, as there is no elevator. Finally, I would not recommend this apartment to smokers, as the smell of cigarette smoke can be noticeable in the apartment.
