    Perfect location for tourists. Great staff and accommodation. HEATED floors in bathroom!

    Liked: the location was perfect - right by all the popular tourist attractions, but tucked away a half block. easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Staff very friendly and accommodating. we LOVED the heated floors in the bathroom, and the robes/slippers provided. They realized we were there on my birthday, and sent up a complimentary bottle of wine! room was very comfortable. they were so close to SO many coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants!

    Disliked: the only issue we had was that the weather was warm, and the air conditioning was turned off. The only way to get cool was to open the windows, which was fine...but... the street was quite noisy with people partying til early morning, so it was hard to get to sleep. if we closed the windows, it was really hot.

    Great hotel and location, memorable breakfast

    Liked: Breakfast was outstanding in the lovely top floor restaurant: nice view, peaceful ambience, brilliant service, a reasonable buffet selection and good range of menu options. The room/bed was very comfortable with high quality furnishings. The location could hardly be more central.

    Disliked: The grey decor in the public areas is a bit gloomy.

    A excellent hospitality!

    Liked: First-class hotel, very well located, in the city center. Wondeful staff, very friendly and professional, making the stay extremely pleasant. Beautifully decorated, modern and spacious rooms. Everything is elegant, beautiful and perfect. You want to come back!

    It was a disappointment

    Liked: Its only advantage is its location.

    Disliked: It’s unbelievable to me that this hotel is rated five stars. I simply don’t understand it. In my opinion, it barely deserves four stars. There was an unpleasant smell in our room, similar to the smell of a room where people had smoked in the past and the furniture, carpet, and walls had absorbed the odor. The carpeting in the corridors was also dirty. Overall, the hotel feels very dated, worn-out, and poorly maintained. The breakfast was also very average and nothing special. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Fortunately, we only had to stay for one night.
