  Liked: The staff was very understanding to any changes, very descriptive when answering questions and open to help. The room was exactly as described, and provided minor things like tea or towels. The building itself is close to basically every kind of store you may need and two tram stops.

  Great location but noisy and difficult to get up to room with luggage

  Liked: Great location and clean.

  Disliked: We had to climb four flights of stairs with bags which was a bit harder than I expected. It was very noisy at night and there was no blind to block the light from the small window. The shower head was broken.

  Comfortable but not for those who are traveling with luggage

  Liked: I liked the location and also that this tiny flat had everything one could need. The host is very nice. There was coffee, cookies, hair dryer, a well equipped kitchennete, comfortable bed and a nice air conditioner.

  Disliked: 1) It wasn't possible to lock the door, the host needs to repair it. There was a notice saying "push the door to properly shut it" but no matter how much we tried, it worked just once but not later. As a result, we had to leave it open when we went out for dinner. Also we had to sleep with the door open and a suitcase in front of it to prevent it from opening completely. We could also hear the neighbors talking and moving around in the morning since the walls are thin and the door didn't properly shut. 2) The place is super tiny with just a very small window that's high up on the ceiling. 3) The flat is on the 4th floor and there's no lift or elevator - just a winding staircase. It makes no sense to book it if you are traveling with luggage (which most of us travelers are). To be honest, I like the host. But i'd like to inform those who are considering booking this and traveling with luggage so that they are aware. I would have paid more money to book a place with elevator because I was traveling with a child and two suitcases.

  I would never use this location again

  Liked: We stayed at the location at the end of November. The location is excellent but very very dated, you can't tell from the pics. We got there late in the evening. Once we found the correct door, it was pitch black inside the entrance, We had to use our cell phone lights to navigate. It does not tell you that you had to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. The door sticks and the key did not work initially, it literally took 5 minutes wrestling with the door before we were able to open it. You had to wrestle with it to lock it also when you had to leave. It sticks very badly. Once inside, there was broken light fixture in the shower. I had to clean it up using a paper towel, because there was no broom or dustpan. We tried to turn on the overhead heater, and it did not work. I texted the host, and was told that there is small floor heater, it should be sufficient to heat up the room. The apartment was very cold. I would give the host some credit for being prompt with the reply. The toilet seat was broken, not just cracked, totally broken, it kept on slipping out of place. There was mold in the bottom of the shower. I would never use this location again. It was a total disappointment. I use booking.com all the time and have never had such a bad experience. Luckily we were only there that night and left early the next morning.
