  Fantastic facilities in a nice quiet area

  Liked: The apartment was clean and had good facilities, if feeling a little dated by modern standards. The beds were probably some of the most confortabel my wife and I have ever stayed in. The jacuzzi and sauna were amazing and the perfect way to end a day walking around the city. Somne areas felt like they needed some attention, like the main ceiling light in the lounge that had dropped a bit and you could see the wires, but that's getting nitpicky and doesn't detract from the rest. The location is very nice and quiet with easy access to walks alongside the river, and about a 30 minute walk to the center of the city. One word of warning, don't let the cat in! It belongs to a neighbour and once you let it in it doesn't want to leave:D

  Disliked: The sound-proofing between the floors is not great. Whilst we were there a group of 4 lovely guys stayed a couple of nights in the apartment above us and unfortunately you could hear them talking and walking about until gone 11pm. They were not being particularly loud, but the sound was intrusive.

  Liked: Loved the swimming pool & apartment was lovely apart from a lot of mozzies inside the last couple of days.

  Disliked: You really need a car if you are staying here as the nearest shop is a 12 to 15 minutes walk away & in the heat it feels longer. Apartment not suitable for any one with mobility issues as lot's of steps

  great stop of a few days to visit the city by day and relax by the pool in the afternoon/evening

  Liked: great place, pool was very welcoming. everything was as described. highly recommend it.

  Disliked: a/c worked but could work better. kitchen and dining area a little tight.

  Disliked: Dear Booking.com Support Team, I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding my recent booking, as the accommodation did not correspond to the information stated in the Booking.com listing. The property was advertised as pet-friendly and as an accommodation where the entire property would be exclusively available to me. However, upon arrival, the owner informed me that I must stay in Apartment 2, not the apartment originally implied by the listing. Between Apartment 1 and Apartment 2 there were extremely unsafe and unsuitable fire stairs, which were in very poor condition and completely inaccessible for my dog. This created a serious safety concern and made it impossible to stay in or use the accommodation as advertised. Additionally, it became clear that the entire property was not exclusively mine, as the owner repeatedly referred to other tenants who were expected to arrive and stated that my dog could disturb them. This directly contradicted the description of the accommodation. Due to these conditions, I was unable to stay at the property at all and had to leave immediately, as it was not possible to safely or reasonably remain there under the advertised terms. The owner subsequently refunded me the amount I had previously paid. Despite the refund, I believe it is important to report this case, as the listing was misleading and did not reflect the actual conditions of the accommodation, particularly regarding pet-friendliness, safety, and exclusive use. I kindly request that Booking.com review this listing to prevent similar situations for other guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

  Nice place but slightly run down

  Liked: The water in the jacuzzi was warm. The outside area was cozy. Complimentary coffee was available. There were all cooking utensils. The area was quiet.

  Disliked: Some of the beds were not made. Some things need fixing and cleaning. There was a lot of morning noise from fixtures from the people next door.
