Rooms were nice but service could improve

  Liked: Not applicable

Disliked: I was with a group of 9 others in 5 rooms in total. Some of them had issues in their rooms - no shower gel in the dispenser, 2 rooms had issues with air conditioning as well. The batteries in the TV remote weren’t working in 1 room and the occupant had to switch the batteries from the ac remote when needed.
