  Central Location, Zagreb

Liked: The unit is well position as it is accessible by an easy tram ride from the bus station. It has a great outlook onto the main square including the Basilica and surrounding buildings. A great vantage point for observing the trams and the people moving by. There is a cafe with great pastries at your doorstep. Plenty of eateries nearby.

  Liked: City center

Disliked: As far as I could tell, it was a scam, as the room didn't match the booking photos or the amenities described at all. The room was smoky; there was cigarette ash on the windowsill, dirty dishes, broken furniture, and no sofa or bedside rugs. I had to spend a long time proving that it wasn't what I booked. Eventually, they agreed to a refund. I had to urgently find another place to stay that evening, which was extremely inconvenient.
