  Disliked: The staff was unwilling to help. We asked for a second duvet and they couldn't even provide that. The duvet they had wasn't even big enough to cover both of us.

  Liked: The bed was comfortable enough.

  Disliked: At first glance it was clean, but towels and the bed sheets had some random stains. Both smelled washed but I wasn't thrilled about using the towels or sleeping in those bedsheets. The sink seemed to have had something lodged in the drain (to me it looked like some kind of bone?? Could have been a razor as a more logical object there but it looked bad and probably has been there for long). Oh and our room door couldn't lock for the first night. We were on the ground floor. We found this out after the receptionist told us that she locked the entrance earlier because of "weirdos coming inside". Not very reassuring to be then told that she doesn't really have someone to call because the manager is probably sleeping at this hour (almost 23 h I think). Honestly felt like the beginning of a bad horror movie. And it cost only 218 euros for 2 nights and 2 people. Fun.

  Perfect for getting to the bus station and on the tram system to the town centre

  Liked: 5 minutes walk from the bus station and 15 minutes walk to the town centre.

  Disliked: All excellent.

  Excellent location close to the main bus station and a comfortable room

  Liked: Nice sized room with a garden exit, very quiet despite its location barely 150 m from the main bus station.

  Disliked: Even though the room is very clean, they love to use an air freshener (sprayed on to the bed) which really disturbed me (I am allergic to all kinds of scents).
