  Liked: The hotel was near the airport (walking distance) and there is a tram stop right next to it. The reception is 24h, whcih is what we needed for our late arrival. The breakfast bufet choices were fine, especially if only for one night as in our case.

  Disliked: The sofa-bed was not very comfy, like if its structure was bent. The rooms are already a bit older with some pieces of furniture refurbished recently but the wals and floors looking a bit dated. Everything was clean though.

  Excellent location let down by the condition of the property

  Liked: The location of the hotel was excellent for our needs. Could not be nearer to the tram stop. Breakfast being included was a bonus and there was a good choice. The evening reception staff were helpful.

  Disliked: The restaurant at the hotel was closed on the night that we stayed but we did not have prior knowledge of this so had to find an alternative which after a full day was not our preferred choice as we would have liked to have stayed in the hotel to eat. We had stayed at another hotel in the City - an Ibis Budget - the beds in the Budget hotel far exceeded the comfort of the beds at this hotel. The overall condition of the hotel is rather tired especially in the public areas and in the bathroom of our room. At breakfast there were footprints across the whole restaurant area in a red liquid - on first sight it appeared to be blood but we think it was probably red wine. The morning staff did not do anything about cleaning it up. To one side of the hotel has an encampment of travellers which is not very welcoming when you overlook this side of the hotel from your room and is noisy.

  An excellent comfortable stay

  Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Staff welcoming and helpful

  Disliked: Shower units in baths are not good for elderly visitors. Walk in showers should be installed in some.rooms so that they can be requested ahead of arrival.

  Great for 1 night stay

  Liked: Perfect location for an over night stay with an early morning flight. Kids enjoyed the foosball table.

  Disliked: The pull out mattress was very uncomfortable and bed squeaked every time you moved.

  Basic but welcoming

  Liked: Well located, just one tramway stop from the airport, the rooms are very basics but it’s nice to be greeted by staff even at night time and the breakfast there is really good with a lot of homemade products

  Disliked: Outdoor furniture needs to be replaced as lots of pieces look good but are damaged. Some decorative elements would be welcomed in the room as it’s an ibis style

Good to know

The airport shuttle service is available from 07:00 to 23:00 from Monday to Thursday and from 07:00 to 17:00 on Friday and from 07:00 to 12:00 on Saturday and Sunday.

The hotel’s restaurant is open from Monday to Thursday for lunch and dinner, open on Friday for lunch, and closed from Friday evening until Sunday evening included. A snack service is available 24-hour all days.

Please note that children under 16 years old can enjoy breakfast for free.
