  Liked: The location was good.

  Disliked: The staff was rude. We were welcomed by a person at the reception who didn't speak English at all which I find ridiculous if you work in hospitality. Not only was this person not able to communicate with us but looked annoyed by the fact that we didn't speak French and didn't make any efforts to help us with the language. Plus the bathtub in the bedroom was damaged, we reported this at the reception and we were told that a technician would come to fix it but nobody came.

  Easy going, safe, quiet, well-connected

  Liked: Lovely staff, very convenient and safe location in urban but quiet neighbourhood. Small, refreshing pool and air conditioning was great for hot summer days.

  Disliked: The internet was rubbish. The double room itself feels a bit small for two people on a longer stay. The kitchenette is fairly basic, but it does the job nicely for a morning coffee (Nespresso machine, buy your own caps), storing cold drinks in the fridge, or eating an occasional takeaway.

  Basic, I had better for the same price

  Liked: It is near a subway station, staff is nice, there is free fresh water available at the lobby.

  Disliked: Overall it looks (and it is) old. The walls shiver every time someone slap a door and you better be not to tall if you want to seat properly on the toilet bowl, it is 30cm from the wall!

  Briliant stay, calme and safe

  Liked: Excellent location, super accessible, and situated in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The staff went above and beyond: we arrived early and while the room wasn’t ready yet, they allowed us to relax and eat inside, and even managed to prepare our room ahead of time. A seamless and pleasant stay from start to finish. We would gladly return and recommend it to anyone!

  Disappointing experience with poor value for money. The WC had mold and bad plumbing odors, towel supplies were insuffic

  Disliked: room: the bathroom isn't as clean as it should be. There is mold, a strong odor coming from the drain, and the WC space is very small. staff: some of the staff members are rude and unsmiling, while others are very nice and welcoming. we were only given a small set of towels for our week-long stay. In hindsight, I should have made two separate 3-day bookings just to get fresh towels and room cleaning. we were asked to take out the trash and clean the kitchen before checking out. Even though we did and even gave the bathroom and bedroom a quick clean, it felt like way too much to ask given the price we paid. there was a lot of noise coming from the pool area, and it didn't always close at 9:00 pm as scheduled. price paid: around 92-97€ per night.
