Very good
The location is amazing. Very pleasant ambiance at the hotel. Just some details were unpleasant
Liked: Location, some of the stuff, towels
Disliked: They used the plastic mattress protection that make me uncomfortable to sleep. Bathroom very outdated. The lady at the reception misinformed me on the timing for my return transport, even though I came to double check twice. I have lost a lot of money to rearrange the transport. Stuff at breakfast very unfriendly.
Liked: Great location and pool.
Disliked: Breakfast is a bit basic and the breakfast room would benefit from a makeover.
Liked: Traditional chalet in a quite part of Megève. Excellent swimmingpool!!!
Disliked: No A/C when the room was well over +25C
Great location and rustic hotel
Liked: The location of the hotel is great, short walk to town and ski lifts. The reception and lounge/bar area are very rustic and nice.
Disliked: The hotel didnt have a real dedicated ski/boot room so while the shed is good enough for skis, not good for boots! We had booked a twin but got a double, my 13 Yr old son and I didn't have too much of an issue as it was just a weekend but twin is twin. The shower screen wasn't off great design so the bathroom floor got rinsed!

A lovely hotel in an excellent location, I will be back!
Liked: Warm welcome, friendly atmosphere and staff, with a superb location. My room was clean and well serviced, plenty of hot water and clean towels, comfortable bed and lots of storage for ski clothes.
Disliked: The bathroom was very tired with old plumbing, a sink plug that was stuck almost closed and a shower that ran at the same time as the bath. I was disappointed not to have coffee-making facilities in the room, but the hotel provided me with a kettle.
