Disliked: The toilet smell. I don’t know why, I kept telling them and they kept cleaning it but it still smells

Liked: The room was really spacious, comfy and nice. Everything was clean. Breakfast was decent.

Disliked: Only 1 of 3 elevators worked, and that one sometimes didn't work. It was a hassle to go up and down the stairs with a baby and a stroller. The place is quite far from the metro/bus, but really we were kind of OK with the location because the price was not to high.

Liked: The bed was comfortable, and the staff did their best, but overall, our stay was disappointing. There is considerable room for improvement.

Disliked: The hotel was not clean and felt dated and poorly maintained. Only one of the three lifts was working, and the lift from the car park was completely out of service, forcing us to take a detour with heavy suitcases. We also felt uncomfortable in the surrounding area, and my girlfriend did not feel safe going outside alone. Overall, a very disappointing stay and poor value for money.
