  Very clean with great staff in a prime location

  Liked: The facility seems new and very clean. Rooms are small however has all you need other than a kitchen. Bathroom was extremely clean like everything else in the room.

  Disliked: There is a train noise, heard more in the evenings. Didnt bother me but worth a mention.

  Disliked: The room was tiny, noisy and breakfast limited. I asked the hotel to organise transport to the airport and they booked a driver that would only take cash and would not provide a receipt

  Liked: I stayed in this hotel once back in 2024, had a good experience, and I was glad to return.

  Disliked: ​I stayed for two nights and overall had a good experience, as the hotel itself is very nice. However, I accidentally booked and paid for a second room by mistake. I noticed the error upon check-in and immediately canceled the duplicate booking. While I take full responsibility for making the mistake, I was quite disappointed that the hotel offered no partial refund or goodwill compensation at all - not even for the second night. Otherwise, it’s a good property, and I would likely stay here again on my next trip to Paris.
