Liked: the stay was absolutely amazing would definitely recommend. the staff goes above & beyond for guest. traveling was super easy, having the train station literally right at the corner, which was a plus being our first time in Paris. so many places to walk & eat. my girlfriends phone fell underneath the bed & gas to be manually taken apart to get to it; the staff was on top of this issue & retrieved it for us.

Liked: Staff went above and beyond. I was in Paris with my husband and another couple. The 4 of us were impressed with the hospitality of the staff. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Liked: Rooms are too small. We were there for 8 days. Sink was clogged we complained but they didnt fix it. Eventually we told them to chage our room that also took 24 hours.
