Good
WORST HOTEL EVER!
Liked: We booked directly through the hotel’s website and received a confirmation email clearly stating that payment would be made upon arrival. Despite this, our reservation was cancelled without any prior warning three days before our stay. When we contacted the hotel to resolve the situation, they refused to take responsibility, demanded double the original price, and then dismissed the confirmation email by saying it was “automatic” and not written by a real person — as if that somehow invalidates a formal booking confirmation. To make matters worse, the staff were rude, dismissive, and treated us like we were idiots, instead of customers who were simply asking for an explanation and a fair solution. This was not just unprofessional — it was dishonest and disrespectful. I have never experienced such appalling service from a hotel in my life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Liked: The staffs are Not friendly! Good in putting blame to others! When complaints about something the staff always blame other staff and never want to take up any responsibility! I was forced to pay the overnight parking for Euro43! When asked the staff why, the staff responded there should be 50% discount for the hotel guest, but i was not informed. The staff goes on to blame other staff and did nothing to my complain!
