  First stay

Liked: Location is good, close to the metro and at the heart of Chinatown so a lot of resto option.

Disliked: Didn't like that there was no specific soap for the shower

I arrived having lived through a catastrophic cancellation and left with a smile and a pleasant word

Liked: The hotel STAFF (and the cleaning crew) were VERY nice people. Without them, I would have scored the place as a "2" at best. The people there make this place a good place to stay.

Disliked: It is a 2-star hotel. You get what you pay for. My initial room couldn't cut it, but the staff moved me to another room that, for the money, worked just fine. LOCATION is terrific (again, you get what you pay for)
