  Perfect Location - Cold Room, Shower and Breakfast

  Liked: Perfect location only a 5 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, friendly staff and room worked well for our needs.

  Disliked: Our room (top floor Superior Room 624) was very cold when we arrived and despite two attempts to increase the temperature by the staff it was comfortable. Our shower was also tepid and varied in temperature from warm to cold so assumed the mixer was faulty as the hot water tap in the sink was very hot. Reported to staff twice and no change which was disappointing. The Breakfast Buffet while having a good selection the cooked food on the hot-plates was also cold.

  it was okay but I wouldn't stay again

  Liked: The location is amazing

  Disliked: I booked the largest room available at the time 40sqm and got an Accessible room (room adapted for guests with disabilities). when I showered, the bathroom got full of water. The fridge was so dirty that when I took out the bottle of water I had put in it smell really bad.

  Excellent location, friendly staff, rooms very clean

  Liked: I was given a room upon arrival before noon to accommodate me despite the fact that it was for disabled people. The receptionist Asma was very helpful. I had to change rooms during my stay and the housekeeping staff were very honest because I forgot a chocolate bar in the fridge of the old room and they kindly moved it for me to my new room. The housekeeper was also very pleasant and efficient. The hotel is very well located and there are a lot of good restaurants nearby. Le Coq and Zhong are excellent.

  Disliked: The bar was closed on Monday and there was no waiter there on the other nights. Most importantly, the floor drain in the shower for disabled persons is placed very far from the shower. As such, the water doesn't drain and stagnates on the floor of the shower and entire bathroom.

  WARNING: THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL, it is a misrepresentation

  Liked: clean, very well located

  Disliked: two things: when you claim to be 5 stars (clearly the place is NOT a 5 star hotel) you put drinks and food in the minibar. and when at breakfast I ask for a coffee I should NOT have to prepare it myself at the coffee machine.
