  A consistently excellent experience over many visits, a favourite place to stay

  Liked: I always stay here when I come to Paris. The location, the spa (included in room price) and the decor are all to my taste. I have stayed in various rooms and all are decorated differently with high quality wallpapers and immaculate paintwork. This time I had a single, small but well appointed room on the top floor with a distant view of the Eiffel Tower. I have stayed in other rooms with mini balcony where you can squeeze onto the table and chairs for and al fresco experience in good weather which is pleasant. Great bar intimiate bar downstairs in the evening with some charcuterie and cheese boards. Nuxe toiletries are lovely. This time I was there during the riots which passed the door for some hours but we were well looked after by the lovely staff during this time and they are to be commended. I feel safe here even when I travel alone. I look forward to my next visit.

  Liked: I have stayed here many times and always experience a warm ‘home from home’ welcome. Excellent staff, comfortable rooms, and great location. What is not to like.

  Liked: The staff was great and very friendly. The hotel itself is quite small, and the rooms are also small, but they are comfortable. The main issue was the shower. It was extremely small and there was no shower door, only a fixed glass panel. Because of this, water would hit the glass and run directly onto the bathroom floor while showering and water continued to flow outside the bathroom into the bedroom, which was quite annoying, we had to use our towels to take a shower. If the shower curb had been designed with some type of additional barrier or door, I think this problem could easily have been avoided. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the staff was excellent and the location was very good, but the shower design could definitely be improved.

  Our second stay there in 2 years. The location near Bastille is a bit dicey as there are vagrants around at night

  Liked: It us cozy and convenient.

  Disliked: It would be very helpful to have a few hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. Also, the sink was stopped up. I did not say anything to staff

Good to know

Guests are required to provide the credit card used to make the reservation and corresponding ID upon check-in, otherwise the property reserves the right to reject the reservation.

The Spa is open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and privatized for 1 session of 45 mins for each stay. To take advantage of our Spa remember to book in advance. For a 2nd session at the Spa (Flotarium / Sauna) during the stay, you will be billed at 130.00 Euros for 2 people.

Please note that the spa access is only for one free slot and then other slot are with extra cost.

Please note than for more than 4 rooms, the policy will be flexible 30 days and prepayment of 50%.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
