  Liked: Location, good mattreses and cushions. New and modern bathroom.

  Disliked: The room size is tight but ok for short stays and not a lot of luggage. The rooms are not insulated, corridor noise easily wakes you up.

  Excellent - I’d recommend

  Liked: The hotel was in a great location, nicely decorated, friendly stuff, and Nuxe toiletries in the bathroom. I forgot a personal item in my room, I contacted the hotel after checkout, and they agreed to post it to my home address, excellent service!

  Disliked: The room was a little bit small but sufficient for my needs.

  Liked: The hotel is a 20 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower. It was also convenient for us to stroll around and explore Paris. The Hotel has 24/7 reception and a working aircon.

  Disliked: The size of the rooms are tiny compared to other places that we stayed in. Washing machines are not provided as well.

  The only thing worth in the Hotel is the reception staff

  Liked: The reception staff was great, special the young lady from Madrid at the reception. She was amazing, did show us how to navigate the public transportation service, downloaded the app, helped us get around, did find us a laundry service near by. We would have been lost without her.

  Disliked: Housekeeping was very very bad! They just made the beds and everything was quite filthy in general. We paid for 3 people and had a very small room, we could not even leave our suitcases on the floor. There was a very old bed and a couch. Too expensive even for Paris! Would not book again.
