Good location near amenities for business trip

Liked: Close to event location. Plenty of eateries in the area. Tram nearby. Clean. Modern decor. Good breakfast range.

Disliked: No water in room and I couldn’t find the water dispenser. Eager staff made me feel I needed to vacate breakfast table. Breakfast room is a little cramped on busy mornings.
